Starting his career as a responder at the age of 19, E.G. Weiss has become a leading voice in the field, known for his no-nonsense approach and deep passion for consequence mitigation. His extensive career has spanned risk assessments for major corporations, disaster response, threat analysis for government agencies, and involvement in critical operations like the U.S. Border crisis and the evacuation of allies from Afghanistan. He has authored several books, blending his rich experience with insightful analysis to educate and challenge professionals in the field.
Beyond his professional endeavors, E.G. Weiss is also the Director of Education for the International De-Escalation Association (IDEA) and the Director of Business Development for VirtuSafe in Houston. A faith-based family man, he lives with his wife, Brandi, and their children on a small ranch in north-central Texas. He is a recipient of four awards for his contributions to emergency response education from different U.S. Presidents and continues to be in high demand as a speaker across the nation.

Jonathon "Hawke" Weiss is a seasoned professional in multimedia and website design, with a career that began in 2016 when he founded JonnyUAV alongside his father, Eddy. This venture focused on creating elevated drone landing platforms and developing drone safety protocols, catering to a wide range of organizations and agencies across the United States.
Jonathon's passion for history and public safety led him to establish the National Health and Public Safety History Museum, formerly known as the Life in the Arena Foundation Mobile Medical Museum. For two years, the museum traveled across the country, offering educational programs and displays that highlighted the history of first responders and medical practices dating back to the early 16th century. The museum later found a permanent home in central Texas, where it operated for another two years.
In the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Jonathon took a new direction, earning his national and Texas State emergency medical technician license. This achievement was followed by the creation of Hawke Multimedia in 2021, where he has since provided services to clients across 15 states. His expertise extends to a variety of roles, including production assistant on pseudo-documentaries, independent films, a Netflix series, and large corporate video projects.
Jonathon holds an impressive array of certifications, including emergency management, radiological disasters, website design, photography, and cinematography. His contributions have been recognized with two Presidential Volunteer Services Awards and an award from the Governor of Iowa. Additionally, he is a Licensed Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 Remote Pilot, Texas State Emergency Medical Technician, Wix Web Accessibility Specialist, Internationally Certified Disinfection Specialist.
Currently, Jonathon still oversees operations at Hawke Multimedia, performs risk assessments for various consulting firms, and holds the title of Business Development Specialist and Capture Technician at VirtuSafe, a technology company where he continues to apply his diverse skill set to support cutting-edge projects.

With a career spanning over four decades, Sanchez has been on the front lines of the global war on drugs, conducting deep undercover operations against organized crime families in New York City and leading anti-narcotics missions in the jungles of Peru.
Born and raised in Texas, Sanchez’s early life near the U.S.-Mexico border provided him with a unique perspective on the complexities of cross-border smuggling and the socioeconomic factors driving it. This upbringing instilled in him a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those involved in illicit activities, shaping his approach to law enforcement with both determination and insight.
Throughout his tenure with the DEA, Sanchez faced numerous high-risk situations, including being locked in a trunk during an undercover operation and infiltrating Chinese organized crime syndicates.
